We generally use some form of strength, proprioception/balance and movement retraining as part of our injury management plan. Whether we are looking to improve the overall functioning of your lower limbs following an ACL injury or working to improve your core stability after a period of low back pain, it is a very important to include this type of training as part of any good rehabilitation programme. We will provide you with the most effective training techniques for your condition. Training results will be monitored, corrected and progressed as required.
